Going thru the motions

Ever feel like you are just biding time between 9 and 6? I certainly have the last few days. Maybe its the post vacation lulls, or maybe its something bigger. I'm not really sure. There is so much more I would rather be doing outside of my day job at the moment I'm just kind of bored sitting here. I don't think the work is terribly exciting right now and its not really motivating me to break out at all. I know we do online advertising for a huge fortune 500 company and I'm not here making "art", and I'm usually fine with that. Something is just getting me way down about it all. I work with some fucking clowns, thats probably some of it. I swear we just hire bodies to do the work and don't care that there IQ is no higher than that, say, of a gnat. Also some tudes up in this piece. We aren't saving the fucking rain forest assholes, its just cell phones. Maybe I just need a Zanex, a case of beer and some Xbox to chill out too. (Monster.com on the old computer couldn't hurt either)
